Want to try to eat Paleo but don't want to have to cook or think too much about it? If you imagine you are camping and you are going to eat in a limited way just for a little bit, you can start right now.
Here's how you do it:
Eat eggs and meat.
You can have fruit if you want, but make sure you eat some protein and some good fat. So eat your bacon or fry your eggs in coconut oil, avocado oil or bacon grease.
Life without sandwiches is easy if you use your hands.
If you can do this for a week, you will send the first part of the dealing with various things. Could be relief from no gluten in your system. Could be sugar withdrawal which hits hard about day four. Could be caffein withdrawal which is like sugar and has a peak. Your stomach might be doing crazy things. But at the end of Day 7 you will get an idea of what it's like to live inflammation and addiction free, on natural foods that put your body naturally into fat-burning, high-performance mode.
