Paleo For Beginners

I want to help you go Paleo.  It's not easy to transition everything you know about food mentally, emotionally, socially and physically.  But it's so worth it. :)  And, you do get used to it.

If you are...

  • Currently drinking lots of Diet Coke or caffeine? If you go Paleo and quit caffeine at the same time, do not confuse the feeling of "going Paleo" with the feeling of caffeine withdrawal.  Caffeine withdrawal will be 3-4 days of suck.  Then it goes away.  :)
