Fantastic! Just made these yesterday and Paleo and non-Paleo peeps gobbled them up.

Chocolate can be Lulu's or Pure7 or do what I did... I found a bag of raw cacao nibs at Safeway and instead of one cup (because they are potent!) I guessed and used 1/4 cup plus 1/8 cup. Perfect for us.
The rest are already eaten.

These babies are sweet. Really sweet. My husband likened them to French Toast. We tried putting coconut butter and/or honey on top and no one in our family wanted it - they wanted them plain.
Like any pancake you can pour things on top of them like maple syrup or honey. If you eat nuts you can spread on your favorite nut butter. If you're me, you just want them with bacon. Bacon! Bacon! Bacon!
